The mentor program is the second key pillar in the Roland Berger Foundation's initiative to promote education, especially the "Fit for responsibility" scholarship program.
Volunteer mentors support Roland Berger scholarship recipients on their way to passing their university entrance exams. Mentors act as an interface between the schools, parents and the Foundation. These volunteers serve as trustworthy contacts for these young people, supporting them in their development as well as broadening their horizons by introducing them to art and culture.
